Does Soap’s Place have a ceremony site?

Yes, Soap’s Place has an outdoor ceremony site. The ceremony site is a stone patio overlooking the river. Guests are seated on a grassy hill sloping towards the patio in an amphitheater style setting.

How many guests can Soap’s Place accommodate at a wedding or special event?

Soap’s Place can accommodate approximately 250 guests.

Does Soap’s Place provide tables and chairs?

Yes. We have round tables that can set 4, 6, or 8 guests. We have several serving (rectangular) tables. We have white and gray folding chairs. Tables and chairs are included in most wedding packages at no additional cost.

Does Soap’s Place have a dance floor?

Yes. There is a large dance floor covered by a pavilion accented with beautiful chandeliers.

Does Soap’s Place have an indoor venue?

Soap’s Place has a small indoor venue which can accommodate about 30 dining guests seated at round tables.

VENDORS

Can guests use any vendors they prefer?

Yes with the exception of catering, and cake services! We do have a list of preferred vendors for all categories, available by request or during first session.  

Do you allow outside outside catering?

Soap’s Place does not allow outside catering. However our experienced staff can customize a menu choice to meet your budget.  Catering options can range from a BBQ buffet to a full course formal dinner. Soap’s Place also offers an Hors d' oeuvre reception for brides on a budget. However, occasionally brides will request that family members provide the food for their event. This is an option we are happy to discuss with brides.
